Terms of Service
Plain terms for a free site: use the tools, keep what you make, and do not rely on them for anything critical.
Last updated: 2026.
1. Acceptance
By using www.123miniapps.online you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. No account is required, so your use of the site is itself the indication of acceptance.
2. Access and cost
Every tool is provided free of charge with no usage limits and no account requirement. The "Premium" badge on certain tools indicates a richer feature set, not a paid tier. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any tool at any time without notice.
3. Ownership of your content and output
Anything you type, upload or generate remains yours. Because processing happens in your browser, we never receive your content and therefore claim no rights over it whatsoever. You may use output from these tools, passwords, QR codes, color palettes, converted files, formatted code, for any purpose, including commercial purposes, with no attribution required.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation.
- Generate content designed to defraud, impersonate or deceive others.
- Create QR codes or links that direct people to malicious destinations.
- Attempt to attack, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site's infrastructure.
- Scrape or redistribute the site in a way that misrepresents its origin.
5. No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the tools are error-free, that results are accurate, or that the site will be available without interruption.
This matters in practice. The financial calculators produce estimates using simplified models and are not financial advice, verify anything consequential with a qualified professional and the actual terms of your agreement. The security tools are convenient utilities, not audited cryptographic systems; do not use them to protect information whose disclosure would cause serious harm. The readability, SEO and content tools produce signals to consider, not authoritative judgements.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 123MiniApps and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Since the service is provided free of charge and we hold none of your data, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to zero.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. Where that is the case, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted, and nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Third-party resources
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Use of those resources is subject to Google's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or for any site you reach via a link or QR code created with these tools.
8. Intellectual property
The site's design, code and written content are owned by their authors. The name and logo may not be used to imply endorsement of a product or service without permission. Your output, as stated in section 3, is entirely yours.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
This document is a reasonable starting point for a free static site, not legal advice. If you deploy this project commercially, have a lawyer review it against your actual circumstances and jurisdiction.
