Privacy Policy

Short version: we do not collect your data, because there is no server that could receive it.

Last updated: 2026. This policy applies to www.123miniapps.online.

1. The short version

123MiniApps does not operate a backend that processes user content. Every tool runs entirely within your browser. Text you type, files you select and results you generate stay on your device. We cannot see them, store them or share them, because they are never transmitted to us.

2. What we store on your device

The site uses your browser's localStorage for a small number of preferences. This data lives on your computer, is never sent anywhere, and is deleted whenever you clear your browser storage.

  • Theme choice: which of the ten color themes you selected.
  • Favorites: the tools you have starred.
  • Recent searches: your last five search terms, for convenience.
  • Cookie notice state: so the banner does not reappear on every visit.
  • Tool preferences: settings some tools remember between visits.

123MiniApps itself sets no tracking cookies and runs no first-party analytics, there is no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel and no session recording written by us. If third-party advertising is enabled (see “Third parties” below), the ad network may set its own cookies; those are governed by that network's policy, not ours, and never receive the data you enter into a tool.

3. Third parties

The site loads the Inter and JetBrains Mono typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, Google receives your IP address and user agent, as it would for any request to any server. Google's handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy. If you prefer to avoid this entirely, you can self-host the fonts, the CSS references them in one place.

This site may also display advertising from a third-party network such as Adsterra or Google AdSense to keep the tools free. When advertising is active, that network loads its own scripts and may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure and personalise ads; this is governed by the network's own privacy policy. Crucially, this changes nothing about your tool data: the text, files and results you work with are processed only in your browser and are never sent to an ad network or to us. See the Cookie Policy for details and opt-out links. Aside from fonts and any advertising, the site makes no third-party requests, no analytics CDNs, no tracking pixels, no embedded widgets.

4. Server logs

The static files that make up this site are served by a web host, and like essentially all web hosts it records standard access logs: IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent. These logs exist for security and operational purposes and are not used to build profiles of visitors. They contain the addresses of pages you loaded, never the contents of anything you typed into a tool.

5. Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, the GDPR gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding personal data held about you. Because we hold no personal data about you, most of these rights have nothing to act upon, there is no account to access, no profile to correct and no records to erase.

You can exercise the practical equivalent of erasure at any time, without contacting anyone, by clearing your browser's site data. That removes every piece of information this site has stored.

6. Your rights under CCPA

If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information is collected, to have it deleted, and to opt out of its sale. We collect no personal information and we sell no personal information, not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. There is nothing to opt out of.

7. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. Since it collects no personal information from any visitor regardless of age, this is a statement of fact rather than a policy commitment we could breach.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, for instance if a future feature required transmitting data, the change would be published here with an updated date, and the affected tool would say so plainly before you used it. The local-only architecture is the entire point of this site, so such a change is not planned.

9. Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact page.

This policy is written for a site that genuinely collects nothing. If you fork or adapt this project and add any form of data collection, replace this document entirely, do not ship it as-is, because it would then be inaccurate.
